Can I use PROMASEAL Fire Compound Extra Strength in an opening where it will be subject to foot traffic?

PROMASEAL® Fire Compound Extra Strength can support temporary loadings so would be suitable for use to support foot traffic, providing that the compound has been installed in accordance with recommendations in product literature.

Please note that the PROMASEAL®  Fire Compound Extra Strength should not be subject to permanent loads, as we do not have any fire test certification to prove that that the product would retain its loadbearing capabilities in the event of a fire.
