What is the maximum size opening for PROMASEAL® FIRE Barrier?

PROMASEAL® Fire barrier can be used to seal openings up to 2.88m x 2.4m (60 minutes fire protection) 2.4m x 1.2m (120 minutes fire protection) and 1.0m x 0.66m (240 minutes fire protection) for systems tested to BS 476 Standard. See our Product data sheet for further information.

The maximum opening for systems tested in conjunction with the PROMASEAL® COLLAR, WRAP and -HPEx sealant, systems tested to EN 1366-3 Standard, is typically 1.2m high x 0.7m wide.
